A qualified skipper, keen surfer, and year-round adventurer. Dom’s diverse professional experience in sales and marketing, market analysis, and global energy trade has taken him from London, across Europe, to the Middle East and Asia - he now has his sights firmly set on the Americas. With a First Class degree in Oceanography, Dom is passionate about the environment. Having built a career in carbon-focussed energy markets, he is particularly keen to explore new innovations in renewable energy.

British-born and South African-raised, Jo has a professional background in Politics and Communications. Most recently, she advised UK social enterprises on PR and communications strategy. Constantly seeking ways to push herself mentally and physically, Jo is a runner, triathlete and open water swimmer. She has travelled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Jo regularly delivers talks and writes about her decision to pursue a purpose-driven career. Her work has appeared in a range of media outlets including BBC World News and Huffington Post. Jo holds a degree in Politics, Economics and Philosophy from the University of Cape Town
